Yes, all of our titles are brand new, and distributed to you in the exact packaging that we receive it from the manufacturer / producer. Yes, we ship these titles to several countries around the world, and to date we have not had any issues. For some reason, should it not work on your DVD player / computer, we can then arrange for return postage back to us. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we are happy to do so, and the prices are built into the site. Please note that international shipments are taking longer than expected to some countries which include Canada, UK, and a number of others. We work very hard to get the DVD's out as quickly as possible so as to cut down on any delays that local postal services may cause. How long does it take to ship this item? How long does it take for me to receive this item? We work very hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, and ask that you allow 2-3 business days for this product to leave our warehouse after payment is received. Much of the time, your product will be on the truck for delivery within 1-2 business days. Depending on the delivery service used, this item takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive, once dispatched - perhaps 1 or 2 days longer if you are in an extremely remote area of the United States or Canada. Yes, both ITM and IMSTE are accredited to allow nationally certified massage therapists, or therapists whose state licensure accepts NCBTMB, AMTA, ABMP to meet their credit-based requirements for licensure. Please note that this program does not have credits associated with it at this point in time. Do you have to be a student, esthetician, nail technician or massage therapist to buy these videos? No, you do not have to be a student, esthetician, nail technician, or massage therapist to purchase them. Please keep in mind, however, that some of these videos assume that the people are watching them have had some form of hands-on training in the healing arts, and possess a working knowledge of basic massage techniques, anatomy, and medical contraindications. You can return your items, for a merchandise / exchange credit, but only if they are unopened. To return the items, you are responsible for shipping them back to us (please email us for an address). Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product, and authorize a credit or refund based on the difference. We are most interested in developing coursework / CEU packages for distance learning education that focus on various aspects of massage therapy.
