I cannot take back open sets because the only thing I can do with them is throw them away. Lego won't take them back from me and I cannot afford to take the loss. The markup on LEGO is very small.

Depending on size I ship either USPS Priority Mail (WHICH DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING ONLY DELIVERY CONFIRMATION) or FEDEX if the length and girth is over 60 inches. I only had one lost package last Christmas and it was finally found ten days later. I use what I believe to be the best shippers available. I can't do anything about you package once I turn it over to the shipper except file a request for tracking. FEDEX ORDERS are all insured. PRIORITY MAIL ORDERS ARE NOT INSURED UNLESS YOU ASK FOR AND PAY EXTRA FOR INSURANCE.
