We must receive the item within 14 days of the RMA number being issued. What do I do with the RMA number? Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Also, write the RMA number on a copy of your receipt and place it inside the box. Who pays for shipping charges on an RMA? The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is because of a mistake on our part. For returns or exchanges that we pay for we authorize the sender to use our UPS account # for the return, we do not use call tags or reimburse for return shipping charges.
