Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. Items in stock will then leave our warehouse (usually via FedEx Ground). Orders received on weekends and national holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 2-7 business days for receipt of your order after it has been shipped (most FedEx Ground shipments take 1-5 business days to be delivered after they have shipped, not counting the day of shipping).
For orders shipping to HAWAII or ALASKA, please contact us BEFORE bidding to find out the extra shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until all additional shipping charges have been paid for.
We do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.

Buys, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective product for the same item free of charge, provided the product is returned within the product exchange period and all original packaging is included with the original return. E.S. Buys, Inc. reserves the right to arrange for repair of a large, bulky defective item near your location. We pay to ship the replacement item.
