Returns:

Return requests are very rare so we evaluate them on a case by case basis. Please use the ebay message system to contact us with your issue so we can work with you. Unless the return is because of a shipping error on our part the return postage is always paid for by the buyer.

Item condition:

We offer many high quality products. All of them are new and have never been run. In order to offer the best prices possible some of the items are removed from an RTR RC product, other items are retail packaged. If the status is not indicated in the listing and you want to know please ask.

Handling time:

We ship packages Monday-Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment except over weekends. In rare cases out of our control, it may take longer for an order to ship. We know that you want your parts right away and strive to make that happen.

International shipping rates:

For all locations serviced directly by the USPS (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, APO/FPO, etc..) we charge the listed US rate.

For single item shipping the rates are available at the bottom of the listing in the pull down menu. Please select your country and click the update button. If your country is not shown (many South American countries do not display) in the pull down list please select France and that is the rate that would be for your country.

If your order has a total weight of more then 4 pounds it will have to be shipped via Priority Mail International due to weight limits from the postal system. You will get a tracking number, faster shipping time, and delivery confirmation with this service.

Combined shipping:

We are happy to combine shipping for you wherever you live.

For all locations serviced directly by the USPS (USA, Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, APO/FPO, etc..) the shipping fees are automatically calculated in checkout. ebay's shipping caculator does make mistakes. If you feel the shipping is not correct please let us know and we will be happy to check for you.  We use a weight based shipping fee. Please be aware that the USPS has weight limits for different service classes. If your order is more then the weight limit it will go the next higher class ie. 2 Savage Flux diffs weigh more then the limit for First Class Mail and will have to ship via the more expensive Priority Mail.

For ALL other international destinations we base the shipping fee on weight. The combined price is automatically calculated in ebay checkout. Insurance is included in the shipping fee. Shipping is not negotiable. The shipping and insurance fee is as listed. You do not need to wait for an invoice. If you use ebay checkout the total is provided for you. Insurance is through Endicia not the USPS. To receive the combined shipping discount you need to pay for all the items in one payment.

International shipping times:

Transit times are not within our control. We ship quickly but from the time it leaves us it is up to the USPS, customs, and the destination county’s postal system. Most packages do arrive in 10-14 days of posting. Italy, Brazil, Spain, and Germany are exceptions to this. Many sellers will not sell to buyers in these countries. We welcome your business! We do want to make sure you know that the customs and postal systems in your countries are always behind in processing items. Most often it takes 21-30 days for you to get your package. If you need the item(s) sooner or would like an in transit tracking number please email us and we can quote you a price for Priority Mail or Express Mail International.

Domestic shipping times:

Transit times are not within our control. We ship quickly but from the time it leaves us it is up to the USPS. We do use Delivery Confirmation which provides some tracking. We ship via both First Class Mail and Priority Mail depending upon the weight of the package.

Lost packages:

International: The USPS and the international postal union do not consider a package lost until 45 days from the date of mailing. During the Christmas season these delays are longer then the listed times. All destinations may see up to 6 week delays. Insurance is bought on all the packages sent. You must cooperate for the claim to be filed. The insurance company does not consider a package to be lost for 45 days from the date sent (60 days for Brazil and Italy) and will not accept a claim until then. In order to file the claim you need to provide a faxed, mailed or scanned copy of a letter with:

1. Date the package was mailed.
2. Invoice or auction number.
3. Description of shipment, (i.e. 4 Pier 1 wine glasses).
4. If loss, state parcel never received, if damage, state description of damage and if repairable.
5. Signature and date.

Once the letter has arrived a refund will be provided with in 5 business days.

Domestic: The USPS does not consider a package lost for 30 days from the date of mailing. This is a rare case as the USPS is quite effective however; they do miss-route things and upon occasion loose them. When buying from us you agree to allow 30 days from the date of shipping for a package to arrive. During the Christmas season the USPS can have longer delays and we ask that you plan your purchases accordingly. 

Payments:

We are happy to take PayPal and online Credit card transactions. We do not accept bank transfers, personal checks or wire transfer. We also are happy to allow local pickups. All local pickups must be paid in cash at the time of pickup. Payment is due within 7 days of the sale. We allow more time so you can continue shopping and combine the shipping from more then one week’s purchases. Please email us to let us know if you would like more time to shop. If you have not made other arrangements, after 21 days from the first purchase we will file the unpaid item dispute to try to resolve the payment.

Operating days and hours:

We are open and available to help you Monday-Friday 11:00 am EST to 8:00 pm EST. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

Email response times:

Due to the large volume of email we receive (over 100 a day) we ask for your patience. Most emails are responded to within 2 business days. Between spam filters, computer failures, and glitches sometimes messages get lost. Please try to contact us again if you have not received a response within 2 business days.

VAT and Import Regulations:

It is up to you, the buyer, to know about any import restrictions to your country. Please do not buy a Bottle of Nitro Fuel or a NiMh Battery if it can not pass your nations customs. If you do it is at your risk. Any duty or tax is payable by the buyer. We can not know the tax systems of all 190+ countries we ship to. Please check the laws of your country before buying.

Sales Tax:

By law we must charge 5.5% sales tax on all orders shipping to Wisconsin addresses.
