HEART 'WHAT ABOUT LOVE' 45 W/PICTURE SLEEVE VG++

I have a 45 RPM RECORD WITH PICTURE SLEEVE FEATURING HEART, "WHAT ABOUT LOVE/HEART OF DARKNESS visually VG++ Condition (Play Quality VG++) on Capitol Record label #5481 recorded in 1985. The vinyl was sound tested on a Numark turntable with Stanton Stylus, Denon receiver and Definitive speakers and played well. Nice sheen on vinyl. Some very minor surface scratches, none that affect play. Labels are neat and clean.  

The Picture Sleeve is in Very Good+ condition with some minor crimping and bumping along the edges. Minimal ring wear. Minor crimping on the sleeve.

RECORDS ARE GRADED AS FOLLOWS:  MINT: Perfect in every way. No flaws.  NEAR MINT: No visible defects, shiny vinyl, no writing or labels, no visible spindle wear, no background noise. VERY GOOD PLUS:  Minor wear and surface scratches, nothing that affects the listening pleasure, light ring wear, minor spindle wear, good shine to vinyl. VERY GOOD: Noticeable groove wear, diminished gloss on vinyl, noticeable ring wear, some wear around the spindle, some background noise, label shows some wear, may have some writing or label on record. Still an acceptable and playable record.
