This item for sale is a vintage 1930's, 18k solid yellow Italian gold, red enamel accented, "Blind Lady Luck" lucky horseshoe charm. It is marked Italy 18k and is in excellent used condition. The charm is the exact same on both sides. The charm is 3/4 inch tall NOT counting the top 2 loops-add those and it is 1 inch tall. Very well made and so unusual, it weighs 3 grams.
