Shipping
We do everything we can to ship your order out as soon as possible! We ask that you allow 1 business day for processing and completion of your order. Provided that the order is completed and paid, we ship within 1 business day.
Your actual shipping and handling charge is automatically calculated during our easy checkout process unless otherwise noted. All orders shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. will ship via FedEx or USPS.
We can't ship to P.O. Boxes - Using a P.O. Box will only cause delays.
We offer free local pick up at our offices in Tallahassee Florida during normal business hours. Direct pick-up at our warehouse is permitted for "Buy It Now" and "Store Inventory" items only and does not apply to items won in auctions. Auction items will be charged the full shipping price listed on each ad - no exceptions.
Multiple item domestic (48 contiguous states) shipments can be combined in most cases. Some items are too large or too fragile to combine and multiple item orders for such items will each be assessed the listed shipping price. Pricing for shipping is listed on each ad. For multiple item orders that can be combined each additional item is offered at a 50% discount off of the original rate after the first at the listed shipping rate. Items MUST be purchased from the same eBay store to combine shipping. If they're purchased from different stores we cannot combine shipping or invoices. Shipping costs are not negotiable.
We ship to you via FedEx. We offer shipping via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and FedEx Home Delivery. Tracking numbers and information are provided to you automatically when your item is processed. Please make sure that notifications@fedex.com is not blocked by a spam/email filter. The sender's name will be also be"Notifications@fedex.com ". Otherwise you will not receive this notification.
Cancellations
In the event that you want to cancel your order it's critical that you contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is cancelled in our systems before it's processed. If the order actually ships out, please refuse the shipment so it can be returned to us. Shipping and handling on cancelled orders is not refundable. Order cancellations are also subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Inventory
All of the items that you purchase are guaranteed to be brand-new in the box quality and authentic. All products are in stock at the time of their listing. We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels so that we can get your product to you as quickly as possible. If an item is out of stock or back-ordered at the time of your purchase we will contact you with options and/or estimated stocking dates.
We strive to provide feedback as soon as possible after transactions are completed, we hope that you will do the same.
International Shipments 
International orders are available to ship via FedEx and may incur an additional handling charge. Depending on your location it will take an estimated 6-10 (or more) days for arrival. Shipments may be charged GST, Duty or Import charges upon their arrival in your country. You will be responsible for these charges. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to determine what, if any, charge you may be responsible for.
For the purposes of pricing, we use the "UPS International Expedited" shipping setting in our listings. This is for calculating shipping charges only for your convenience. Your order will be shipped via FedEx. EBay does not make provision for sellers to offer FedEx shipping quotes and flat rate shipping for international shipping charges are not feasible.
We Do Not Ship Free Internationally!!!
Canadian Shipments
We love to ship to our neighbors to the north! We've long enjoyed "Non-Resident Importer" status for shipments in to Canada. This allows us to be able to pass along savings to you and enjoy expedited service levels due to our agreement with our carrier! This way, when Canadian customers have completed their checkout you can rest assured that there are no additional charges coming your way - all brokerage duties and taxes are covered!

Corrections
If your address is incorrect at the time of your order it will be returned to us. In this event we will make the effort to determine the correct address, however you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
Please make sure your address linked with Paypal is correct and up to date. This is the only address we will ship to. If we have to reroute a package a $10.00 delivery intercept fee will be assessed.
Damages
All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. If your item has clearly been damaged during shipment please refuse the shipment. When it's refused the carrier will return it to us and we can then make arrangements for a replacement to be shipped, a damage claim filed with the carrier, or a refund. Shipping Insurance is offered at time of checkout. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered, please do not contact the shipping company.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of receipt of your item. Returns must be pre-approved and have an RMA number assigned. Unauthorized returns will be refused. To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at sales@prohoists.com or call 1-888-676-4868.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and costs associated with returning the item are the buyer's responsibility. It's recommended that when returning an item you use a shipping carrier that provides detailed tracking information and shipping insurance for reassurance of your package's safe return. We are not responsible for items lost and/or damaged while being returned. Free shipping or discounted shipping items will have their actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
All items are assessed a 10% restocking fee and photography equipment is assessed a 20% restocking fee. Once the items is received at back at our facility we will then issue the refund.
Warranty
We offer a 30-day return-or-exchange warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on most products. We make no warranties or guarantees, either expressly, or implicit beyond this period unless explicitly stated. This warranty does not apply to products that are used for purposes other than their intended use and/or design, nor does it apply to products that have been modified in any way.
We offer free local pick up for new product or parts replacement to avoid any additional shipping expense.
