Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packing before your item ships. Please contact me prior to buying if you have any concerns about receiving your item in time for your special day. We use multiple vendors so your package may arrive from variety of carriers, including USPS, UPS & Fed Ex.

We do combine shipping where we can. However if something ships from more than one location, that may not always be possible. Feel free to email us as we will do what we can to reduce your shipping costs.

As is customary in the wedding business, all sales are final unless item received is damaged. In that case, please notify us within 3 days of receiving item so that we can find a replacement for you. No returns accepted unless you notify us first.

While we try our best to make sure items we are selling are in stock, situations do arise where items may become unavailable. We will notify you of this as soon as we are made aware of an out of stock item from our vendor and you can choose to have us either refund your money or to wait for the backordered item.
