Using moves from hip-hop music videos, this collection of three 10-minute workouts is designed to be fun as well as effective. Combinations and a "life-line" dance move (a basic move one can always refer back to when the practitioner misses a step) are taught to a pulsating beat. The brief workouts can be performed in combination with one another or as a single workout for those on the go. Host Juliane Arney was an IDEA Instructor of the Year award finalist in 2004.
