Proto 2000 BOSTON MAINE S-3 locomotive HO B&M 1185

You are bidding on a Brand New, never used PROTO 2000 HO Scale Locomotive.
This is a BOSTON & MAINE  S-3 LOCOMOTIVE done in their blue scheme. The number on the engine is 1185.
As with all Proto locomotives there is a lot of great detail, over 100 factory applied detail parts such as,
windshield wipers
detailed side frames
knuckle couplers
finely crafted handrails and lift rings
detailed cab interior.
The motor is a 5 pole skew wound with balanced armature and flywheels for great quiet and smooth operation.
There is a heavy-duty die cast chassis for some real nice weight so this engine will pull a lot of cars.
All wheels have oil-less bearings and all wheels pickup the power so there is no stalling on the track.
It also has directional and constant lighting for some fantastic realism, and is ready for a DCC chip if you are using a DCC system.
