Anyone that owns fine jewelry knows loose stones are a fact of life. Little things happen while wearing and when all those little things are combined stone become loose. 

When you purchase your jewelry from rtm1 Jewelry we will tighten any stones that become loose for the lifetime of the item for a fee of $6.50 that includes return insured shipping. Broken settings or lost stones may incur an additional charge. Proof of purchase required.

Always inspect your jewelry before wearing. We offer a lifetime warranty on loose stones and will adjust/tighten for the cost of postage and insurance (currently $6.50). There may be a fee to replace lost stones or repair damaged settings.
