The Top is Made to Hold Either a 3" Pillar Candle or a Candlestick. The Round Base Stands on Three, 1" Tall, Ball Feet. The Round Base Measures 5" in Diameter. The Top & Bottom of the Candlestick is Decorated with a Band of Pewter That is Not Hammered. The Top Measures 4" in Diameter.
