Payment:

-We accept Paypal ONLY. Please do not ask for other forms of payment methods.

-Buy it now means “buy it now”, all payments for buy it now’s are due in 24 hours.

-Auction items must be paid within 7 days of auction’s end.

-Refunds considered on a case by case basis.

-Failure to pay within the established payment policies will result in an “unpaid items dispute”, no exceptions. (New)

Shipping:

-We do not make money from shipping like other sellers. 

-The buyer pays exact shipping cost with no handling charges, ever.

-We will gladly combine shipping.

-Insurance is at buyer’s request and expense.

-We ship items over 6 US lbs. USPS Parcel Post. (2-9 days)

-We ship items under 13 US oz. USPS 1st Class Mail. (2-5 mailing days)

-We ship books, CDs, DVDs, ect.. USPS Media Mail. (2-9 mailing days)

-All other items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (2-3 mailing days)

-We are willing to ship overseas, PLEASE ask first.

-We will provide USPS tracking numbers when requested.

-Once items are shipped, buyer is assuming full responsibility for lost or damaged items.

-We have no control over the USPS.

Item Description:

-We do our best to accurately describe items.  Your idea of good condition and my idea of good condition may vary. 

-See the matrix below for a reference.

MINT=New in box (NIB), never opened (untouched by human hands after factory packing) or

            New with tags (NWT), never worn or used

            (Example: A video game in original packaging sealed in shrink wrap.)

Outstanding/Excellent = Little to no imperfections on item or item package (if applicable)

            (Example: A video game in original packaging, slight marks on CD, and/or slight wear on packaging)

Great/Very Good = Minor item or package imperfections.

            (Example: A pair of used shoes with slight wear on the soles)

Good = Signs of normal use and wear.  Nothing damaged unless listed.

            (Example: A book that has been read, curling cover/pages or minor highlighting)

Fair = Signs of use above normal.  Nothing damaged unless listed.

            (Example: A pair of military boots with wear on soles, uppers, insole or laces)

Poor = Broken, needs to be fixed.

            (Example: A Side Kick III that has a broken screen with signs of normal use)

-All items are used unless specified and new.

Communication:

-Please ask questions BEFORE bidding or purchasing.

-We answer all questions.

-We have had neutral feedback left for us without any communication from the buyer.  These could have been avoided with proper communication.  If you are not happy for any reason, contact us so we can work it out with a return or whatever the case may be. 

Returns:

-We accept returns.

-Some items will be marked no returns, mostly electronics because of unscrupulous buyers.

-Sometimes our description does not match your expectations or we simply make a mistake. No problem just let us know.

-No need to send us nasty e-mails, just tell us you’re not happy with a brief description why.

-We will refund your money once we receive the returned item.

-Return shipping by cheapest means available.

Other:

-All suspicious member activities will be reported to Ebay.

-We reserve the right to refuse the sale of an item to any member that does not meet Ebay’s or our policies. (New)

-We are not responsible for software compatibility on your computer.

-We have a smoke free home.

-We use recycled shipping products to save you money.

-We are Ebay buyers too.
