TRACY DENNISON EL MIRADOR HOTEL 24 X 30 Print Signed Numbered

This auction is for one LIMITED EDITION Print of the EL MIRADOR HOTEL by TRACY DENNISON.

This print is signed and numbered...337/400.....in pencil.

It measures 24 x 30 in size.

I am certainly not an expert on this. Actually, I dont know a thing about it.

I do not know if this art print is gliclee or what. You tell me.

What I do know is that this is an awesome art deco picture.

Please excuse my coasters holding down the corners....the print has been rolled in a tube and would not stay flat. The corners are intact.

It appears to have been framed at one time. You can see the back side has an area that is not perfect. It may have been taped to a frame or matt etc. It does not show thru to the front.

There is a spot in the lower right corner of the front where it appears to have a dirty smudge. It looks like it could be erased, but I did not want to attempt it.

The edge is ruffled from the bottom of the tube it was in being popped up. I think this would be fine if flattened in a frame.

The last picture is a stock photo. My camera is not working properly, and I wanted to make sure that you know what this print really looks like.

Most of my items are second hand when I receive them, even if they are new with tags. Please expect to wash or dry clean clothing before wear.

Items that are previously loved are not perfect....please know this in advance. I will do my best to point out any flaws that I see. I list them and sell them as I found them, with the exception of shoes. I do use a shine sponge on shoes, but I do not polish them unless it has been listed as such. So, please be aware that you are purchasing this item as is.

I have no idea about the history of this item unless it is given in the description. I DO NOT KNOW IF THEY ARE FROM A SMOKE FREE, PET FREE AND DUST FREE PAST!! IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY OF THESE THINGS, PLEASE DO NOT BID!

We recently have a new addition of a boxer puppy in our home. Trust me when I say he has no desire to dress up, so he wont be wearing any of your items!! I tried a little dress on him once....he wasnt happy and his daddy wasnt either!!

I am always happy to combine shipping. Items must be purchased within a three day period to combine shipping unless other arrangements have been made. Packages are shipped on a daily basis most of the time. There are occasions when something comes up and I cannot get to the post office that day. Rest assured that your package will be shipped the day after that. I have never taken longer than two days to ship a package and even that long is rare.

Your package will be shipped Priority Mail, or Media Mail in the event that it is eligible for that shipping method. The shipping calculator gives you the exact amount that you will be charged for shipping. This includes delivery confirmation. Please do not ask for different shipping after the auction has ended. If you have any questions regarding your shipping or its cost they must be asked BEFORE you bid. Once again, if you have already bid, you have agreed to the terms of this auction.

I am trying to give International buyers a chance and have recently started selling outside of the USA.
