8. We will not ship items as a gift for your poor old grandmother, so please don't ask, we will ship all international repair orders as "Warranty Repair" so you shouldn't have to pay duty and tax but all depends on your tax laws.

This refund will not include any shipping or handling charges. If the products were purchased from SCR, Inc.  under a written agreement or contract with SCR, Inc. there may be different terms for the return of products under said policy. To return products, call SCR, Inc. Sales Support (1-530-896-0490 or 1-800-951-9868) to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. Products must be returned to SCR, Inc.  in their original packaging (or comparable packaging). This return policy is for defective or malfunctioning products only, if your product is returned for any other reason the customer is subject to a 20% restocking fee and is responsible for original shipping fees as well as return shipping fees.
