Civil War Veteran With GAR (Grand Army Of the Republic) Medal On His Jacket. The man's name is E.N. James, Northfield Minn. This portrait card measures 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" and is in excellent condition. This GAR medal is very similar to the Medal Of Honor issued in the Civil War. I'm always available and encourage e-mail questions. BUYER to pay $3.00 for shipping (1st class mail) and handling. If payment is not received within seven (7) days after the close of the auction, the seller than reserves the right to offer this item to the second highest bidder or relist it.
