Antique Sterling Art Nouveau Dragon Heads Scarf Buckle

For your consideration we are offering an Antique R Blackinton & Co. Art Nouveau Scarf Buckle with Dragon Heads. As you can see from our photos it features the R Blackinton & Co Hallmark with a B on a Sword and is marked Sterling and with the number 3047. It measures 3 1/4 inches X 2 3/4 inches and it has 2 Dragon Heads, one in each lower corner. The condition is beautiful with one teeny little edge indentation.

 TERMS:

We will not end an auction early unless we have made an error in the listing. Please do not ask us to stop an auction for a private sale, as it is against our policy to do so.

Payments:

Payment is due within 7 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We pack and ship within 3 business days for all forms of cleared payment.

Domestic Shipments:

We ship fully insured via the USPS or UPS at our expense. The amount of your high bid or your Buy It Now price includes all shipping and insurance.

International Shipments:

Due to the number of lost or damaged international shipments we have experienced, we now ship via USPS International Express and USPS International Priority ONLY. We will NOT ship USPS International First Class, so please do not ask us to do so. We insure all items at our expense, for the full amount of your high bid or Buy It Now price.

 If you do not want International Express or Priority, please do not bid.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please

check with your country's customs office to determine what these

additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are

normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when

you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping
