ROWAN DESIGNER KAFFE FASSETT COTTON YARN KNITTING KIT

Knitting the SAMPLER JACKET is like cross-stitching, except you use two needles instead of one! There is a beautiful choice of yarn colors here. I have put together the yarns for this kit, but as we all know, the required Rowan yarns are very hard to find because they have been discontinued. I have color-matched as closely as possible with Harrisville Designs yarns, enabling the winning bidder a more affordable option for knitting this spectacular cardigan.

In all Scarborough Design kits, each skein is carefully labeled to indicate which color is substituted for the original color called for in the pattern.

The sweater is knit using US size 1, 2, and 3 needles. The pattern is sized to fit either a 32, 34, 36, 38, or 40- inch bust. Finished measurements at the hips are 38 (40, 42, 44, or 46) inches. The length from the shoulder is 19 1/2 (20, 20 1/2, 20 1/2, or 21) inches. The sleeve length is 18 1/2 (19) inches. The pattern is included in the Rowan Knitting & Crochet Magazine #35 on page 90.
