LIONEL POSTWAR O-GAUGE 6440, 6440, 6441 EX+ #2666

Set of 3 tu-tone "state" green with cream inserts, early postwar pullmans & observation. Prewar carry-over cars are all tin, made 1948-49. They have magnetic, not coil couplers. Car bodies & roofs are incredible - look nearly "new". Only a few tiny paint nicks. Cars are very clean & shiny with crisp heat stamp lettering. Undersides & belly pans are very neatly painted flat black. This is even-smooth paint, not brush-painted. Such a good job it looks factory, although I have never seen this before. Incredible looking set of 3 cars. Lights all flickered when tested. Cars about 9.5" long each. Some loose window strips, 1-piece missing. Lt corrosion spots on trucks.
