TAXES & FEES:
ILLINOIS SALES TAX: Hayes Trading Co is an Illinois corporation. Orders within the state of Illinois are charged a 7.75% sales tax. HANDLING: There are NO additional handling charges added to your stated shipping cost. Your total cost is the price of your item plus the stated shipping charge and insurance, if applicable.

U.S. and International Buyers NOTE: This item is shipped via freight, fully insured. You may also use your own carrier or arrange for pick up. Shipping lead times vary based upon production schedules & multiple item orders (from 2-6 weeks). We can provide current production lead times upon request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship worldwide for most items. International shipping charges vary due to weight, size and destination. All customs and other country specific charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to request additional information from international buyers or to reject buyers with negative feedback history or zero feedback.

DAILY OPERATIONS: M-F 8am-5pm CST. Shipping timeframes do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We accept returns 14 days following delivery of your order (20 days for international buyers).

Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and in saleable condition.

A copy of our original receipt and the Return Authorization number (provided by us) must be included, call (630) 340-4887 or email us at returns@hayestrading.com.

All returns must be shipped prepaid. All industrial equipment returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any refurbishing cost, if necessary.
