Closure: Stretchy fabric with hook at neck
 
Size: This appears to be for a small/petite adult or teen? The waist is approximately 26" unstretched and the length is 32-1/2" from shoulder to hem. The back is open so it would accomodate a range of chest sizes, there are also removeable breast pads and an attached (tacked on one size) dance panty.
 
Other:
This costume was from a drama/dance troupe. The fabric has a very nice pattern (see photo). The scarf/shawl is a standard triangle shape with fringed edge.

Condition: Nice used costume.
