It can be filled with either helium or air. Balloons are a fun way to say Happy Birthday, Get Well Soon, or to just use as a reward for a job well done! My balloons have never been inflated, and will not be inflated when they arrive to you. All of my items come from a clean and smoke free home. Please check out my other listings for more great finds.
