woman's vintage engagement ring 14kt. from about 1930'

This is a woman's vintage engagement ring 14kt.  from about 1930's, size 8.5, weight 1.2 dwt., 1.8 gm, diamonds size .09 ct..  The center diamond is very bright and the side diamonds add good sparkle.  This ring is in excellent condition.  Condsidering that this ring is about 80 years old it is remarkable that it is in such good condition. 

On ring in many of the pictures may show a spot at the bottom of the ring. This is a soft wax that I use to support the ring when the picture is taken.

I have listed the weights of the items in grams and in penny weight. There are 20 penny weight in one troy ounce. There are 31.1 grams in a troy ounce. Penny weight is abbreviated dwt.. These weights include the weight of the stones.

All gold rings have been checked by me to make sure that they are polished and cleaned and that the stones are tight and secure.

Most of the rings can be sized. There will be an extra cost for sizing. In those cases where the ring sells for 100.00 or more, a discount will be taken on the cost of sizing or no cost at all depending on the ring.

I am a goldsmith with 39 years experience. I guarantee that sizing will be done with fine workmanship. In most cases, when a ring is sized up, a piece of gold is added to the shank. Rarely will I size a ring by stretching it. Many rings can be sized up or down a couple of sizes without a problem, and some even more than that. In all cases where a ring must be sized, consult with me to get an accurate cost for the labor of sizing.
