Thank you for your interest in Collectible Investments. Items for sale loose, used and played with as shown. Item is used but sets up very nicely, includes base, background w/elevator, radar gun, and all four inside pegs to stand up figures. Box is rough but intact (missing inside flaps). The set is definitely used and played with, but not abused. Overall it still displays well and can be played with. The base and radar gun are both in good shape. The elevator works as it typically does, and the figure stand tabs are all present. The cardboard the tabs are in have bending so it's not terribly flat. All of the cardboard pieces have some creasing and wear to the tabs. The crease on the upper left of the background is really the only one disruptive to the overall look of the toy when displayed. Despite the wear, there isn't profound damage, rips, or missing tabs. All has some wear but is present, which allows the item to still be a great display and memory piece.
