Unmarked manufacture, late nineteenth century, oak.  I bought this in Germany.  It has a coat of arms flanked by two lions at the top, and grape vines and celtic like knot work wrapping around the sides.  The frame measures 35" wide and 18.75" high.  The display space measures 22" by 7.5".  The frame does not have glass.
