I regret the necessity of the following paragraph, for most ebayers it is not needed, for those few out there it needs to be said:

I do not give full or partial refunds while the buyer can keep the item.  It is a tough world out there right now, and there are always those scammers who try to take advantage they will not prevail on this site, I am not threatened by poor feedback, so if you are one of those buyers who wants something for nothing, move on, I value my customers, however I do not value those ebayers who plague ebay with their scams. Ebay has put safeguards in place to protect buyers from Fraudulent sellers, although the sellers have to take what we get and have no recourse but to cave to them (pay them) or take the poor feedback. I choose the latter.

SCAMERS READ: On a personal note, neg feedback should be reserved for those who take your money and send you nothing, not as a tool to keep an item and get paid to do so from the seller. Yes I am grumpy, and I will turn any ebayer in who does not return an item for a full refund if they are not happy with it and leave me a neg. I am out there purchasing quality items to offer to you, I describe to the best of my ability,  I will not willfully misdiscribe anything, and you have the option of return. To leave me neg because I will not pay for you to keep it IS FRAUD!!
