mile. Contact North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (870-994-2191) for more
information.
The Horseshoe Bend Water Dept. will run the water line at no charge
for the first 500 feet from the nearest water line. Anything over 500 ft. will
be at the expense of the property owner. Contact the Water Dept. at
870-6670-5885 for additional information and costs. There are no restrictions
against digging a well, providing there is enough room, but that is subject to
approval by the State Health Dept.
When a building permit is issued the City will improve the road to any lot
within the city limits. |
Restrictions: The International
Building Code 2000 is the building guidelines used in Horseshoe Bend, AR and are
enforced by the City of Horseshoe Bend. For questions concerning the building
codes or enforcement, please contact the City Building Inspector at the
following number: 870-670-5113. NO mobile homes or temporary dwellings are allowed in the majority of Horseshoe Bend including this
subdivision.

binding auction and by bidding, you are entering into a binding agreement for
the purchase of this land. High fees in the real estate category force us to
file non-paying bidder reports against those who do not follow through with the
transaction. This could result in expulsion from eBay.
PAYMENT: Within 5 business days following the close of the auction your
payment equaling the Winning Bid PLUS a $195 Document

SHIPPING: The Warranty Deed will be recorded and mailed to buyer within 21 days of
receiving payment (international shipments will take an additional 2-3 weeks for
delivery). After the end of this auction, an email
will be sent to the winning bidders email address that is registered with eBay.
This email will contain detailed
instructions about completing the transaction.
TITLE INSURANCE:
Title Insurance is available on all property that we
sell. If the final selling price is above $5,000.00 we will include Title
Insurance at no extra cost. If the final selling price is below $5,000.00
Title Insurance is available for an additional cost of $125.00. If you
would like Title Insurance simply let us know and add the additional $125.00 to
your payment when paying for your purchase. Title Insurance is ordered
through an independent Title Insurance company and typically takes six to eight
weeks for processing.
