This is a new Zeiss 8x45 Victory T* RF Binocular w/Lifetime Transferable Warranty that was sent to a recent indoor trade show. It was a display piece for two days and then repacked. We do not feel it would be right to put it back into stock as new since it has been handled so we are offering it here on ebay at a reduced price. This binocular comes with caps & case and the Zeiss Lifetime Transferable Warranty.

* If there is a problem with an item and you wish to send it back. The item must be in the manufacturer's original packaging in the same condition as you received it and include all packaging material. For example, on new equipment,: instruction manual, inserts (styrofoam), plastic bags, and unfilled warranty card. We will inspect it when received. If the item is not in satisfactory condition (the way it was sent out) we will not accept it and will be returned to you. Please be aware there is a 10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless an arrangement is worked out prior to return. Original shipping is not refundable.
* Blister pack items will not be taken back if opened.
* Defective items If you receive any defective item please contact us immediately so that we can arrange to exchange it for you
