We are a new, family owned furniture store only two exit south of Beltway 8, down 45 South/Gulf Freeway (exit #30 - Dixie Farm/ Ellington Field exit). We have very low overhead expenses & get all the same furniture the big stores like Hilton & Gallery, for the same prices! So we don't mark up our prices like they do because we don't have a whole staff of employees & huge store space or inventory. Shipping and Handling We do not ship. Local Pick up or Delivery only!
LOCAL PICK UP All local pick ups must be made within 14-days after auction ends or weekend following the end of the auction, unless prior arrangements are agreed upon (between buyer & seller) prior to the end of the auction. We are willing to work with you as far as pick up/delivery, as long as payment is made via PayPal & you keep us updated as far as what is going on. Please read “Payment Arrangements” below for more information.
DELIVERY AVAILABLE Delivery is available for an extra fee of $40 (within 20 miles of our store), or a flat fee of $60 (for deliveries made between 20 and 50 miles).
Timeline of Sale PAYMENT TRANSACTION CLEARED Buyer must contact Seller within 24 hours after auction ends or prior to the end of the auction, in regards to payment and pick up or delivery arrangements. Please provide to the Seller the following information: Whether you choose pick up or delivery (for delivery, please provide your zip code for that delivery costs can be added to your invoice), and also which type of payment will be made (PayPal preferred. We also will take credit or debit over the phone with faxed permission for transaction agreement).
PICK UP/DELIVERY Please allow at least 2-3 business days for your payment transaction to clear before you pick up or have delivery for your winning auction. This allows time for the PayPal transaction to be cleared & posted into our business bank account. Once funds are available, then pick up or delivery can be made. This is to insure availability of funds to Seller & prevent internet scams & fraudulent payments. PLEASE CALL THE STORE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PICKED UP FROM DISTRIBUTOR BEFORE COMING TO PICK UP. On some rare occasions, the distributor will not have it in stock & may take up to a week to make another one in that size.
Payments Accepted
We accept payment prior to pick up or delivery only! We accept PayPal. PayPal payment must be made immediately (within 24-hours) of the end of the auction! We also accept Credit or Debit card payment over the phone, with faxed permission & signature of buyer. Please email us at the end of the auction to request this form: Payment Transaction Permission Form (PTP form). This insures payment to us via a credit or debit card. Without the PTP Form, your payment can be cancelled after you pick up or delivery your merchandise. This PTP form is to cover our business assets from fraudulent buyers on eBay.
No payments will be accepted in person at time of delivery or pick up, all payments must be made upfront, immediately following the end of the auction (within 24 Hours).
Refund Policy We guarantee all of our products to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving it, send it back for a refund less delivery costs (if applicable) & $10.00 for eBay posting fees & PayPal charges. You are responsible for shipping or delivering the item back to our location (without damaged acquired to the item). Please email us & request that an “Undamaged Item Refund” claim form be emailed to you immediately. If your item is damaged & you are requesting a full refund, please see below for details.
Damaged Items Much like many things purchased online & in stores, items are not always completely flawless when received & opened. Sometimes they are even damaged. They are handled by many people from the time they are made to the time they arrive in your home. Damage is not always preventable. If you receive a damaged item, report it ASAP (within 3 days-36 hours of receiving the item) so a claim can be filed. Do not discard any of the packaging materials, label, or its contents.
Please email us & request that a “Damaged Item” claim to be emailed to you immediately. You will receive either a new item (with no additional charge to you) or a full refund once the claim is completed and you will be informed every step of the way. Please understand that damage is not always our fault & could have occurred during any point of the transaction (from the factory where it is made to our store or your home). Items are moved & shipped at several points during the overall process (factory, manufacturer, distributor, furniture store, you).
ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED UNLESS THEY ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING! NO EXCEPTIONS! PLEASE CHECK ALL MERCHANDISE THOROUGHLY UPON ARRIVAL OR PICK UP!
