The best way for a buyer/customer to contact me is through my “ask a seller question”.  I respond to email very quickly unless I am not home.  Even then, I check as soon as I get home to see if anyone has emailed me for any reason and quickly respond.

Shipping and Handling: SHIPPING & HANDLING IN THE U.S. WILL BE $7.98

As for my Shipping & Handling Charges, I hand deliver all of my packages to either the Post Office or UPS Store.  I do this for two reasons, one to reduce the likelihood of damage and second, so the package will ship faster so you the customer will receive quickly.  With gas prices fluctuating, shipping expenses fluctuate as well in the form of price increases or via the surcharges shipping companies charge and that is beyond my control.  As for shipping, I have absolutely no control over how fast the U.S. Postal Service or UPS deliver unless the buyer would like to pay for overnight delivery.  This is especially true for international shipments where customs is involved in the clearing process.  So before you ping me for a perceived shipping delay, please know that I ship 99.7% of my items sold within 24 hours of payment received, “NOW THAT IS FAST!!  Also, because I Hand Carry to the Post Office or UPS it takes gas for my vehicle and that is a small amount under the S&H.  For international shipments, all shipments are required to be hand delivered to the U.S. Postal Service or UPS Store.  The real expense for seller’s shipping items is from the two recent U.S. Postal Service price increases and the surcharge by UPS to offset gas prices.   It is too bad that their services are not evaluated but the way eBay works the seller is evaluated, which again are often times beyond the seller’s control.   Please think about this before leaving less than a 5 when leaving positive feedback for my S&H charges.  Thanks for your understanding!

Packaging:  I pack my items very well.  However, with any shipping method there is a slight chance that a packaged could get damaged or lost during shipping, which is beyond mine and your control; therefore because there is a chance this could occur I would suggest that you purchase insurance for the item.  This is your option to purchase or not to purchase.  For this reason, I will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or misguided package.  Thanks for your understanding.

Delivery:

99% of items are mailed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of cleared payment.  I will do my best to notify my buyer/customer via email once the package has been mailed or sent so the receiver can be checking their mail or front door in the case of UPS.  My objective is to ship every day or every other day in special instances.  I usually do not ship on weekends or holidays but sometimes if the item is ready and payment has cleared I will ship on one of these days.

I try my best to describe the item accurately as possible. Please email me if you have questions before bidding.  I am not a business, I am an individual that enjoys buying and selling on ebay…..it is more of a hobby…..that is the reason my prices are low and quality of the items I list are high.  I do not accept returns unless I have misspoke or significantly misrepresented the item, which I really work hard at providing an accurate description.  Because items vary in complexity and design, I cannot list every possible detail about an item so it is up to the purchaser to ask questions, perform internet research of an exact item and/or check with a local source to learn more about the item so you can make an informed decision before bidding.  However, if there is a question I’ll do my best to provide an answer.  Just remember, everybody is looking for a “deal” or “wanting something for nothing” so my prices are generally some of the cheapest on ebay, not because it is a cheap item, but because I, like everyone else, am looking for a good item at the best price possible.
