at his funktifying best with his outrageous, booty-shaking back-up
band, Parliament-Funkadelic, then widely revered as the best funk/rock
band in America. In the wake of his groundbreaking 1975 album, The
Mothership Connection (which featured members of James Brown’s band),
the 'Prime Minister of Funk' had inspired a musical genre of his own –
P Funk – featuring furious grooves and lavish theatrical performances,
the essence of which is captured in this incredible live show.

Includes the hit songs Cosmic Slop, Do That Stuff, Standing on the
Verge of Getting' It On, The Undisco Kid, Mothership Connection, Dr.
Funkenstein and P. Funk.
