Simple Assembly
Step 1: Connecting the side rails. Lay the side rails and one end beam on the floor. Line-up both side rails with the channels on the end beam. Insert the bolts through the hols on both corners of the end beam and tighten.
Step 2: Connecting the Center Rail. Place the center rail through the middle of the end beam. (There are no bolts necessary to secure this rail to the end beam.) Then insert two bolts through the holes found on both outside corners of the end beam and tighten.
Step 3: Positioning the slats. Simply place the roll of slats on the top of the wooden structure at one end. Set the first slat behind the peg and unroll the slats across the top of the foundation. Set the last slat behind the other peg. (You may have to pull tight to get the slats snug).
Step 4: Covering the foundation. Slip the cover over the corner edges of the foundation with the fabric out. Lift the foundation onto it's side and pull the draw string tight.

Returning or Exchanging Your Versiflex Foundation
We hope you are completely satisfied with your memory foam bed, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the In-Home Trial, contact Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251 before packing your bed. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Overnight Mattress. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed will be covered by the customer. Please be sure to package the foundation in the original box with all original components, or you may be charged a re-stocking or processing fee.
Defective or Damaged Components
All items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Overnight Mattress.
We recognize the fact that products may break, become soiled or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase, you can purchase replacement parts. All component sales are final and carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date. Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to components. Call our Customer Service department for current pricing and to process the component purchase.
