Shipping

All items are shipped on the first available business day following payment receipt and verification.  Shipments go out M-F at 10 am EST normally through UPS or UPS.   If payment is received on the weekend or a holiday your item will ship the next business day. We do offer pickup service.

About Us

Our company buys truckloads of overstock, shelf pull, and customer returned merchandise. 

General Merchandise – However, some of the boxes do have damage or marks from stickers or tape, and some products may be missing their manuals (if applicable).  Whether the item is a gift or for yourself, if you are concerned about having a nice box please contact us before bidding to learn the condition. We are human and do miss things. So please understand this. If we miss something we do our best to rectify the problem.

Furniture/Home Décor – All of our furniture items are sold “as is”.  We do open the boxes, and do our best to accurately describe the condition of the item.  Due to the amount of items we receive it is impossible for us to set up every item. In other words, these items are not assembled before the sale. We only issue refunds on items that are misrepresented on our part. Read our feedback and bid with confidence.

Payment Options

• We accept PAYPAL.
• All PayPal Payments must be Confirmed
• Payment must be made within 72hrs. of the auction end time.
• Non-Paying bidders will be reported.

All auctions must be paid for no more than 3 days following the close of the auction. If the item is not paid for within that time frame, we will either run the auction again or offer the item to another bidder, at our discretion.

We are a Pennsylvania based business and by law we must charge Pennsylvania residents a 6% sales tax on the entire purchase.

Warranty/Guarantee

There is no expressed warranty for any of our auctions. We do our best to represent the item and its condition. For items that are brand new in the box, the manufacturer warranty prevails, we do not offer warranties on any of our items. Used items that we sell are guaranteed to work and not arrive DOA unless the auction states that the item is being sold as is.
