Chemex Pyrex glass drip coffee maker carafe.   This is a small one, holds 2 1/2 cups to the narrowest part of the neck.   Around the neck is a thick cork collar held in place by a metal band.

Measures 8 1/2" high,  4 1/4" diameter at the widest part, 3 1/4" diameter at the top not including the spout.    Stamp on the side top says Pyrex glassware made in USA for Chemex Corp New York.

Very very very very good condition.   The cork collar, however has a crack through and through in the back.   I don't know if can be repaired,  It is not loose, stays easily in place because of the metal clip holding it.
