Buyer pays with PAYPAL.  Shipping & handling cost is shown on the listing.  Shipping will be by United States Postal Service as indicated on the listing.  USA shipping insurance may be purchased for $3.00 (per $50.00 of sales value).  Insurance is recommended but not required (while the post office very rarely loses a package, it does happen and is your risk of loss without insurance). All of our items are brand new, purchased directly from retail wholesalers or verified closeout dealers, and are not returns or factory seconds.  International shipping is EXTRA, including Canada.

NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

The shipping and handling quote/invoice amount is for United States Postal Service International Airmail.  Delivery is quoted as 10 to 21 days (depending on the country of destination).  This delivery option DOES NOT include delivery confirmation.  It also DOES NOT include any customs charge in your local country.  The risk of loss with this shipping option is on the buyer.  We ship an average of 50 international orders EVERY WEEK.  Packages to Canada, The UK, or Western Europe very, very seldom get lost.  Occasionally I have had an issue with Asia.  For Italy, Central America, and South America see below.  If you would like shipping WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, your package will have to be shipped with USPS Global Express Mail.  That shipping option is CONSIDERABLY more expensive.  If you wish to use USPS Global Express Mail, please email me for the correct invoice amount. 

 Many US sellers WILL NOT ship internationally because of the time and hassle and the cost of Global Express Mail.  I am trying to make it cheaper and easier for you by using USPS international airmail.  It is HIGHLY reliable, but does come with some risk.  If you pay the stated invoice amount, you are accepting the shipping agreement with USPS International Airmail.

Our international shipping quote IS NOT just postage.  Please do not assume that what we are charging is ONLY postage, or that we are charging actual postage.  There are many seller costs associated with POST SALES-PACKING-SHIPPING included in our shipping charges.  If you feel the shipping cost is too high, you can try to negotiate a discount.  Obviously, potential buyers  are always free to exercise the option of not purchasing an item.  Please DO NOT buy an item with clearly listed shipping & handling costs and then expect a discount or a refund later.

ATTENTION BUYERS FROM ITALY, CENTRAL AMERICA, and SOUTH AMERICA

Because of the unreliability of the postal services in these countries, we are forced to ship packages USPS International Express Mail with insurance.  Your shipping fee for this service on this item is $34.99.  You can request a different shipping method, and if agreement is reached, shipping will be 100% shipping risk on the buyer and a paypal dispute cannot be filed.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We work very hard to ensure our item descriptions are detailed and complete.  We list condition, sizes, colors and measurements when applicable.  We also try to list ALL the features of any given product.  We try to make the descriptions very clear and easy to read and understand. We also include exact photos of every listing for every item listed.  We do our best to describe the exact color, but please be aware that what a potential buyer calls a certain color and what we, or the manufactures call a certain color may not be totally the same.   For instance, we will not give refunds because we say something is White you the buyer thinks it is Cream or we say something is Beige and the buyer thinks it is Khaki.  Many, many colors are very close.  When in doubt, please ask before you buy.

Occasionally a mistake will be made in inventory, the listing, or the shipping.  We will gladly give buyers an exchange or a full refund on any item that is not accurately described in the EBAY listing regarding size, color, style, or condition.  If a buyer receives an item that does not match the detailed listing description, please email us and let us know.  Refunds must be returned within 10 days of the original receipt of the item.  Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after confirmed receipt of the returned item.  We will ask that buyers agree to cancel the EBAY transaction for refunded items.  Qualifying returns will be refunded through Paypal.

Our profit margins selling online (EBAY) are tight and our prices are deeply discounted from suggested  retail prices.  We do not offer refunds for items where a buyer fails to fully read the listing description, where a buyer decides they don’t like the color, or where an accurately listed item does not fit.  This policy allows us to continue to offer great deals on outstanding merchandise.
