It is made of top quality pvc blended plastic rungs and heavy gauge webbing for the side rails. It has raised rungs so the user can feel when they step in the wrong place. The rungs are adjustable so its perfect for athletes of all ages. This ladder can be used indoors or outdoors and all surfaces. I will include a Free Training Video cd that demonstrates 21 of the most popular speed/agility drills.
