POSTER CONDITION GRADING SYSTEM & CHART

We do our best at accurately describing the “general” condition of our posters (concert, promo, store, etc). We assign a condition to each poster which is applicable to a “generalized condition” category – this is always noted in the poster description detail.

The condition rating chart we use is the following: 

NM: Poster is crisp, clean and almost perfect.

EX: Poster is almost new - may have very very slight imperfections.

VG: Shows minor aging. Slight edge/corner and possible surface wear or slight creasing.

G: Visible signs of aging and wear (edge/corner/surface/tears). Possible discoloration and/or creasing/wrinkling.

F: Distinctive signs of aging and wear: Tears, pinholes, slight creases, edge/corner and surface wear. Possible tape restoration -- but simply still a very cool collectible piece.

P:  Has characteristics of FAIR condition but with irreversable damage or wear. Has historic / nostalgic value for a serious collector.

Our posters are are all originals and not newly manufactured reproductions unless otherwise noted. Our inventory comes directly from good ol' record stores across the country -- authentic and aged to perfection.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal payments exclusively. (We do NOT accept Personal Checks). Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. Payment MUST arrive within 7 days after auction close. Unless you contact us and offer a valid explanation why payment may be delayed, we will take the appropriate steps in initiating the non paying bidder process in accordance with Ebay’s policies.

SHIPPING: At ROCK-ON-COLLECTIBLES we arrived at our shipping rates by calculating the size, weight, protective packaging and type of service for each item. Customer care is foremost and we want your purchase to arrive in the same condition it leaves our store. All items are shipped in brand new materials, i.e. poster tubes, flat mailers, etc.  

We gladly combine shipping when possible and discount the shipping cost. Large orders may need to be shipped in multiple packages or in flat mailers. Shipping fees will increase incrementally, based on weight and size. Insurance is an optional charge. Insurance fees are in addition to the shipping rates. We gladly ship worldwide. To determine the shipping rate for your country, simply go to the Shipping and Handling Area below and select your country from the drop down menu  to display the shipping charges. Please note that all international orders will be shipped Int’l. First Class Mail. Customers that would like insurance will need to pay for Priority or Express. This is the USPS rule – not ours.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Our store hours are Monday -Thursday from 9 AM to 4 PM Central Standard Time. Items purchased, as well as auctions ending, outside of normal business hours, over a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day.
