Shipping & Handling

Return Policy

We will either exchange the item or issue refund.

We will deduct 10% of the item price as eBay listing fee if the item returned for no reason (Minimum deduction will be $15.00).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping (that includes insurance if purchased).

Refund or exchange will be issued only after receiving the phone back.

Items should be returned in the same condition they were received. We have a copy of all serial numbers of the phones we sell. We will match serial numbers before issuing refund or exchange.

We have the right to refuse or charge up to 15% restocking fees if the returned item misses accessories or not in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer.

Steps to return an item/s

We do recommend using USPS priority mail because it is fast, costs less, and you can get a tracking number. But you are free to use any other carrier or service you like.

Please make sure to write your eBay user ID, your email used on eBay, eBay item number and a brief description why you are returning the item on a piece of paper and include it in the package. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
