• Shipping is with media mail or Priority mail & delivery confirmation.  Shipping cost includes bubble envelope, bubble wrap as needed, delivery confirmation, postage labels & actual postage. 
• Shipment is normally done within 2 business days of payment clearing.
• Shipping with media mail takes an average of 7 days in transit according to USPS but I have seen it take over 2 weeks many times.  Priority takes an average of 2 days in transit.  There is no guarantee with USPS - once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over how quickly the postal service delivers but these are the average lengths of time as stated on the USPS website.

RETURNS:

• Returns are accepted for any defective item; i.e., skipping DVDs, videos with tracking issues, etc.  Please contact me within 5 days of item receipt if you experience any of these problems.
