This is a used video, in great condition!

Tae Bo Live Advanced Volume 5 - Join Billy Blanks in this 60 minute workout recorded live at his World Training Center in Los Angeles.  Join an energized crowd of Tae-Bo Heroes who have taken control of their lives to reach their fitness goals - just like you can.  The Live workouts have a great soundtrack & seem to be the favorite (as well as the most intense) of Tae Bo fans!

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping is with media mail or Priority mail & delivery confirmation.  Shipping cost includes bubble envelope, bubble wrap as needed, delivery confirmation, postage labels & actual postage.
