The DDR2-667 SO-DIMM consists of 16pcs 128Mx8bits DDR2 SDRAMs in 60 ball FBGA (Fine-pitch BGA) packages on a 200-pin printed circuit board. Compare with DDR, DDR2 modules are with higher data bandwidths, lower power consumption and enhanced thermal performance.

• Expedited service, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 days.
• Overnight service, the estimated delivery time is 24 - 48 Hours (Per Request only).
• Overnight service is not available to the following places: AA (APO/FPO), AE (APO/FPO), AP (APO/FPO), Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands only.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
• NO local pick-up is available as we ship from different warehouses all over the nation. Please don't request for local pick-up.
• We do not ship any items on the weekends or official holidays. Items are shipped within 2 business days.
• Tracking number or numbers if available will be e-mailed to address associated with order once the package has been dispatched.
• For International Orders:
• Standard shipping service, the estimated delivery time is 14-20 days.
• Expedited shipping service, the estimated delivery time is 8-14 days.
*These two types have no tracking information, they do include a customs declaration number which may require buyer to pickup at local customs or postal office.
• Express shipping service (*USPS EMS includes tracking), the estimated delivery time is 3-8 Business days.
• Actual shipping time may take a little longer than usual depending on the customs in your country.

• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the current selling price or sale price on invoice, whichever is lower. Item(s) that are still factory sealed will receive a full refund. For bulk items that don’t come in retail packaging the 25% will be applied if the device shows any use marks or scratches on it.
• Please read the Additional checkout instructions if any as some items may not be returnable and not eligible for refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for orders incorrectly shipped by Hot Deals 4 Less,LLC.
• Returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card, accessories
and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
• Purchases over a quantity of 10 of one item ordered will be considered a business purchase. Business purchases are not eligible for a refund.
• Defective and DOA products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will supply you with a replacement. No refunds or credits. If the exact item is not available, we will substitute the item with a similar one of equal or greater value.
• Defective and DOA must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Please do not just ship the device by itself.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns, including defective and DOA products.
• Items returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.
• Software, movies or any media is non-returnable once you have opened the package, if it has a defective CD, we will replace it with the same exact title only.
• Due to the daily fluctuation in everyday prices. We do not offer a refund if the item price gets reduced within a couple of days of your purchase. Prices increase and decrease according to the new shipments we receive in our warehouse.
