Our measurements are of the actual garment. The catalog measurements reflect body measurements, the measurements of the person wearing the particular size. In most cases, garment measurements will be larger than the size measurements (otherwise, the clothing would be plastered on tight).

Condition: 
Most of our items are originally sold strictly through catalog sales and are brand new overstocks and closeouts.  Often they do not have actual hang tags, since they won't be on racks or on shelving for display.  They usally come in plastic bag packaging.  We keep them in the original packaging.
