President Ronald Reagan Inaugural Platform Memorabilia

This listing is for a new piece of Reagan Memorabilia.   I am having these manufactured (in the U.S.A.) in honor of President Ronald Reagan, his values, common sense and conservative principles.  This is the first time they are being offered, and I have 5 different pieces listed here this week.   Included is a Certificate of Authenticity.   The Lucite pieces / paperweights are approximately 3" x 4-3/4" x 1" thick.   They are hand sanded and polished, so there may be slight variations.

History:  In 1981 my father's company had the exclusive permission to lay oak parquet flooring for the 1981 Presidential Inaugural Platform.  The flooring was then removed and pieces were embedded in Lucite, along with a medallion.  It was in a catalog of items available to the public, considered to be of historic significace, to commemorate the 1981 Presidential Inauguration.    Some of this wood remained unused, and has been kept in storage by our family.  While the original commemoraive piece will never be duplicated, I feel the wood should be used to Honor President Ronald Reagan.

The five pieces listed on Ebay this week are the first 5 to be manufactured.   Hopefully a website will be coming soon to promote these.
