Infrequently, some prices may be inadvertently mis-priced. While we make every effort to avoid these errors, these may occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors and not honor the inaccurate prices

Due to fluctuating prices of metals, gems and diamonds TwinSistersJewelry also reserves the right to change the prices without notice. 

All Bidders:

Placing a bid is a binding contract, so please do not bid if you do not intend to honor it. By placing your bid, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all Policies of this auction. Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction closing. After 7 days of auction ending an "Unpaid Item Dispute" will be filed with eBay. Non payment following 7 days of filing this dispute, a "Final Value Fee Credit" request will be submitted to eBay. Following that all information regarding this transaction will be forwarded to a collection agency.

Shipping/Payments:

We ship worldwide. All items are made to order and require 2-5 business days to ship from the time we receive payment. If specified above shipping is FREE in the US only. Click the shipping calculator below to see how much it will cost to ship to your area, as the UPS and FEDEX charges are the same. Packages are shipped via FedEx or US Mail. A tracking number is email to you directly from the shipping courier once the item has been shipped. Insurance is optional. We only accept PayPal.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we will gladly refund your money from 7 days of receipt. Simply e-mail us to let us know. Sorry, we do not refund shipping charges.

Sales Tax:

There Is 8.625% Sales Tax Only For New York Residents. For international orders, customs and duties are at customer's expense.

Availability:

All items are subject to availability. Infrequently, some products may not be available in time frame specified because of high demand. In this case a customer service representative will call you or email you. You will have the option to wait for the products, purchase another product or ask for refund on your purchase. We will be glad to honor any option you choose.

Products:

In accordance with FTC and industry standards TwinSistersJewelry states that the total diamond weight or total gemstone weight in our jewelry may vary +/- 0.05 carats from stated weight. TwinSistersJewelry also states that Metal Weight may vary +/- 5%.

Product images are not of actual size. Some details on the product might differ between your computer screen and real life as each monitor is set differently and detailing, color & size may vary slightly.

Average Color, Clarity, etc., are calculated based on the average of multiple diamonds in each jewelry.

Special Orders/Requests:

If you are unable to find the diamond, gemstone or jewelry you are looking for make sure to email us at sales@twinsistersjewelry.com.  We can offer customization on almost all our products. For example you love a sapphire and diamond ring design but we only offer it 14K gold, you can request for that to be in a higher karat, different color, or Platinum.

Our Position on Conflict Diamonds:

TwinSistersJewelry believes in doing business the correct way. We fully support the Kimberly Process signed by the US government to regulate trading of Conflict Diamonds. Each one of our diamond sources obtains diamonds from legitimate sources and complies with the Kimberly Process. In short TwinSistersJewelry does not sell any conflict diamonds.
