 Up for auctions is this Certificate of Authenticity for the 1948 "Panhead Road Rally" Edition Harley Davidsion Motorcycle from the Franklin Mint.  The Scale Size was 1:10.   It includes the Certificate of Authenticity, a Picture of the Bike, Technical Specifications, Owner's Manual, Operating Features, Engine Specifications, Care & Handling Instructions and a Story about the Bike.   It comes in a Booklet Form. 

THIS IS FOR THE CERTIFICATE ONLY - NOT THE BIKE.
