• All shipping, unless otherwise stated, will be through the USPS Please see 'Shipping' below.

Shipping, Handling & Insurance 

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. 

• All shipping times are immediate and dependant upon type of payment.  Please see 'Payments' above.  

• Shipping is calculated from USPS Zone 1, Staten Island, NY. 

• Shipping fees will be prominently posted in the auction listing or pre-calculated based on your shipping address, by a shipping calculator provided by ebay. 

• All shipping, unless otherwise stated, will be through the USPS Priority Mail. 

• Larger items will be shipped via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. 

• USPS Media Mail will be utilized for books, movies and all other types of media.  Although Media Mail is cost effective, Media Mail is slower than Priority, First Class or Parcel Post.  Please have patience when items are shipped via Media Mail. 

• If you require your purchase to be shipped other than the shipping that is offered, please contact us at FinestAuctions@aol.com before the end of the auction. 

• A small handling charge is added to some oversized, heavy or difficult to pack items.  If a handling charge is added, it will be stated in the item description. • Packages can be tracked quickly and easily online or through the telephone with USPS Delivery Confirmation.  Finest_Auctions charges a flat rate of $0.65 for each package shipped with the Delivery Confirmation service added. If you would like Delivery Confirmation, please add the required amount per package when checking out. • Shipping quotes are valid for the Continental U.S. only.  A shipping quote must be obtained before shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. 

• Orders can be combined to save on shipping costs. 

• Purchases cannot be picked up locally unless it is so stated in the item description. 

• Shipping insurance is available for every item sold by Finest_Auctions.  Although shipping insurance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended.  Item descriptions state the proper insurance amount that should be added to the total if you desire to insure your purchase.  If the item description does not state the insurance amount, a calculator will be available to figure out and add the proper insurance amount during checkout. 

• If insurance was purchased and your item is damaged during shipment, DO NOT DISCARD THE ITEM, PACKING MATERIAL OR SHIPPING CONTAINER.  This material will be required to make a claim with the shipping carrier.   Returns

• No items will be returned or subject to a refund after seven (7) days of receipt, unless prior authorization is granted by Finest_Auctions.  

• Shipping refunds will be granted for a gross misrepresentation of the item description.  In all other cases, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs due to a refund.  Pictures will be kept on file indefinitely. 

• All 'New' or 'Brand New' items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

• Please return all items in the original shipping container, utilizing the original packing material.   

International Bidders & Purchasers 

• If you live outside the Continental United States and would like to place a bid or make a purchase from Finest_Auctions, please contact us for the correct shipping amount BEFORE YOU BID. 

• Bids placed by parties outside of the Continental United States will be cancelled unless a prior shipping arrangement has been made. 

• www.PayPal.com is the ONLY acceptable form of payment for International bidders.  International bidders that are not given a shipping quote before a bid is placed will be cancelled.
