Up for auction is this Certificate of Authenticity for the Rose, Official Vinyl Doll from the movie "Titantic" and was issued by the Franklin Mint Company.   She was dress in a beautiful White Dress with Pink Overlay that she was wearing when the Titanic hit the Iceberg. It comes with the Certificate of Authenticity, the Care & Handling Instructions and a brief story about Rose, Jack and the Titanic.
