The pan is a GENEROUS 4-qt size - the actual capacity is almost 4-1/2 Qt. Nice, deep rounded sides for easy whisking. This is really Great pan - very nice weight and size!
Developed by All-Clad Metalcrafters and Emeril Lagasse, the
Emerilware stainless steel pan has a thick triple-layer bottom disk
of aluminum, copper and stainless steel, which is permanently bonded onto the
pan to ensure fast, even heat distribution. Features include a stainless
cooking surface for no flavor carry-over, flared rim for drip-free
pouring and cast
stainless handle that stays cool on top of the stove and has a “thumbprint”
indentation to show you where to grip. It is a combination of high performance,
versatility and excellent heat conductivity.
