Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids Girl Debora Kira Yellow Yarn Hair, Birth Certificate, Box 1984

The vintage soft scultptured Cabbage Patch doll offered in this auction is a girl, Debora Kira, with yellow yarn hair. The doll is marked on the back of the head (C) Copy R. 1978, 1982/ Original Appalachian Art Works Inc./ Manufactured by Coleco Ind. Inc./ 54 1 and on the left buttock is signed in green Xavier Roberts '84.

A tag sewn into the doll's left side is marked Cabbage Patch Kids TM/ (C) 1978, 1982/ Original Appalachian Artworks, Inc./ Mfg. for Coleco Industries, Inc./ Amsterdam, NY 12010/ Made in China. Reverse side has fabric content.

She is 16" long, has looped yellow yarn hair around the face and back neckline, parted in the middle, and ponytails pulled to each side and tied with white ribbon. She has small blue eyes, black brows, rosey cheeks, and pulled in mouth.

She is wearing a 2-piece yellow velvet outfit with top with white eyelet yoke and trim and long pants, white sneaks, and a white diaper. The top closes in the back with velcro and the pants pull on and have an elastic waist. The top has a tag attached marked (P) Coleco Industries Inc./ Made in China on the front and T3E and dry clean care instructions on the back.

The doll has some light soil. The ribbons on her ponytails have been replaced. The outfit has several dark spots on the the top and pants but they are not bad. Otherwise the doll and outfit are in good condition.

The Birth Certiicate and other papers are included. Her name is Debora Kira and she was born in the Cabbage Patch November 1st. Other information has not been filled out on the certificate. The envelope was torn when it was removed from the box but the material inside is in like new condition.

The box is in rough condition and has some splits and tears and the front cellophane is missing. It is marked 1984.

The box may cause the package to be oversized for priority mail but can be shipped by regular parcel post. If you do not want the box, I will ship the doll and birth certificate; and the weight will be just 2 lbs. With the box it will weigh in the 4 lb range. I cannot ship the package internationally by first class international mail because the size of the package will be over the maximum allowed. The package will have to be shipped by international priority mail.

I am not the original owner of the doll but purchased it in a lot of CPK dolls at auction. The doll does not have any objectionable odor
